My Introduction to ConsumerNet
Funnily enough I heard about ConsumerNet through
Facebook when you just popped up!
Initial Stages of Claim
I imagined the claim would be made successfully, but I was expecting a little less than what I received so that was a nice surprise.
Claim Developments
During the process your staff were very helpful – I was kept up to date throughout which allowed me to check the progress of my claim.
My thoughts
With the extra money I went to Thailand as my son is married to a Thai woman and when I returned to the UK the money was already in my account, so I used the refund to pay off my card that we used for the hotels etc – it was a beautiful holiday!
If you feel you may be entitled to a rebate try it – you do not lose anything and it is definitely worth a go!
My Introduction to ConsumerNet
I heard that re-claiming PPI was something you can do whilst watching TV, but I found your company via the internet because it was so easy to find.
Initial Stages of Claim
To be honest when the process started I thought it would end successfully, I knew I needed professional help and I knew I was entitled to a fair amount
Claim Developments
I originally expected no more than about £500, so was over the moon when you guys returned me £9,641.32.
My thoughts
The service I got was good, I was updated when I asked for it – however, the length of time it took was a little longer than expected but it was definitely beneficial. It enabled me to buy a new bathroom and a new kitchen!
My Introduction to ConsumerNet
I received a promotional email from ConsumerNet
which got my claims process underway.
Initial Stages of Claim
Initially I hoped it would be successful; however I did not actually know how successful it would be.
Claim Developments
I wasn’t too sure how much money would be returned to me, so I was very surprised when you informed me £9177.24 was the amount I had won.
My thoughts
I thought the service was good and I received all updates within the allotted time frames stated. The money from my claim paid off a few bills and sorted out my central heating! I have already recommended ConsumerNet to my friends and family, their claims are currently being processed.
It is estimated that as much as 80% of PPI policies have been incorrectly sold, therefore 8 out of 10 people would never be allowed to use the policy for what they are protecting themselves against. In reality these policies are often overpriced and include clauses which mean customers are unable or even excluded from actually using the policy. Sounds crazy but it's true.
If any of the following apply to you then you are likely to have been mis-sold to and could be due a refund - this could easily be thousands of pounds:
Let us investigate whether you have been mis-sold PPI on your behalf. We have No Upfront Fees and settle all policies on a No Win No Fee basis*.
PPI can also be known as Accident Sickness and Unemployment cover (ASU), Life & Accident Sickness and Unemployment cover (Life & ASU), Personal Loan Protection (PLP) and Credit Card Repayment Protection (CCRP).
